Catamaran sailing
Enjoy sailing on an impressive huge catamaran. Relax in the sun with chill out music while you enjoy a cold beer after a bathing stop. We offer you a selection of modern catamarans for exclusive usage, with lengths between 15 – 24 meters. Your safety is important to us, so we only offer you well maintained boats with qualified and professional crews. Even large groups can do this activity. For groups of more than 100 people we simply use several boats together.
Normally the catamaran excursions start at the harbour of Palma. After leaving the harbour the sails have to be set. They are so huge that the crew uses an electrical winch. But if your participants are interested they can take over this job. A team of 4 – 5 people are needed to lift up the sail. A perfect opportunity to take some pictures and break the ice between your participants.
During the excursion we can have one or more stops for bathing. The nice weather and the warm water are inviting for a swim. Material for snorkelling is provided, too. At the same time the crew is preparing the lunch. We can arrange from basic snacks, to paella and BBQ different types of food. Packages of beverages round up the offer and keep your budget under control.
If you prefer to go sailing in the afternoon, then you might be interested in a dinner on the boat. A perfect location therefore is the area in front of the cathedral of Palma. You can enjoy a great view of the illuminated cathedral and after dinner it’s only 10 min back to the harbour.
The catamarans start and end in the harbour of Palma. But if you like, they can even come to your hotel or a nearby located beach. Your participants will get from land to the catamaran via a zodiac boat. The same is possible with lunch and dinner on land. This way the transfer on the water substitutes the transfer to the next event location. This combination is a very nice upgrade for your participants and make it a even more special experience.
The duration of this module is between a half and a full day.
